Laboro ("we", "the app") helps construction project managers analyze building plans and documents. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Documents you upload (construction plans, permit filings, field reports). They are sent to our processing service and to our AI provider solely to generate your analysis, and returned to you.
• An anonymous app identifier — a random token generated on your device to keep track of your credit balance and subscription. It is not linked to your name.
• Purchase information — handled by Apple (in‑app purchases) or by Stripe (web purchases). We receive a confirmation that a purchase occurred, not your full card details.

How we use it

• To produce the plan analyses, takeoffs, permit lists, checklists and reports you request.
• To grant and meter the credits or subscription you purchased.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

AI processing

Document analysis is performed using Anthropic's Claude API. Content is transmitted for processing to return your result. We do not use your documents to train models.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your uploaded documents for advertising.

Retention

Uploaded documents are processed to produce your result and are not retained long‑term on our servers. Your credit balance and subscription state are kept while your account is active.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time. To request deletion of any data associated with your app identifier, contact us and include it.
