Common questions
- How do credits work? One credit = one plan analysis. Credits never expire. You can also
subscribe to Laboro Pro (monthly or yearly) for included analyses.
- Where do I buy? In the app (Apple) or on the web. Purchases add to the same balance.
- My analysis failed. Very large PDFs can time out — try a smaller file or split it. Any
credit reserved for a failed analysis is refunded automatically.
- Restore purchases: open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases".
